HB 1842 -- Plant Biotechnology

This bill specifies that no ordinance or regulation of any
political subdivision will prohibit or regulate the registration,
labeling, sale, storage, transportation, processing,
distribution, notification of use, use, or planting of seeds or
other propagules.  The state will not promulgate or enforce any
rule or standard more restrictive than federal rules regarding
research, development, and use of seed and other propagule
technologies.
