HB 1844 -- Noise Ordinances

This bill allows noncharter counties to adopt noise ordinances
that prohibit habitually barking dogs that threaten or annoy,
noise disturbances above a certain decibel level, and the
discharge of fireworks other than as allowed by law or ordinance.
