HB 1847 -- State Aid for Schools

This bill requires adding two one-hundredths to the 2005-2006
proration factors on the school funding formula established by
Senate Bill 380 enacted in 1993 and line 14 moneys each
successive year from the 2006-2007 to the 2011-2112 school year
in calculating school aid during the phase-in period of the
school funding formula established by Senate Bill 287 enacted in
2005.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
