HB 1861 -- Health Care Facilities

This bill requires the Department of Health and Senior Services
to establish rules regarding a fee schedule for the review of the
architectural plans for new construction or alterations to health
care facilities.  The department will have the authority to waive
or reduce the fees.

Any fees collected will be deposited into the Missouri Public
Health Services Fund.
