HB 1901 -- Economic Development Projects

This bill prohibits a municipality from establishing certain
redevelopment projects after August 28, 2006, if the
redevelopment area includes property for which another taxing
entity charges a higher rate than the municipality does.  In this
case, the taxing entity must consent to the redevelopment project
before it can be undertaken by the municipality.
