HB 1908 -- Sale of Firearms

This bill creates the crime of selling or distributing for sale
an inappropriately colored firearm, a class A misdemeanor.  A
person commits this crime if he or she sells or distributes for
sale any firearm with a frame that is any color other than
chrome, nickel, black, or blue steel.
