HB 1912 -- Boat Dock Fees

This bill requires any private entity licensed to operate a
hydroelectric project at the Lake of the Ozarks that charges a
boat docking fee based on square footage to calculate the square
footage by taking the dock's total square footage minus the
square footage of the slip areas of the dock.

Any private entity violating this provision will be liable for
three times the amount overpaid to the individual or company
being charged the boat dock fee.
