HB 1919 -- Missouri Medicaid Program Benefits

This bill requires the Family Support Division within the
Department of Social Services to refer to vocational
rehabilitation services all recipients of Missouri Medicaid
Program benefits whose eligibility is based on a disability and
who are at least 16 years of age.  A recipient who fails to
comply with these services will not be eligible for benefits.

These provisions do not apply to an individual whose disability
is permanent and total.
