HB 1948 -- Lobbyist Reporting Requirements

This bill requires lobbyists to apportion expenditures made on
behalf of any caucus of the General Assembly to each public
official in attendance at the caucus.  The appropriate proportion
of the total expenditure will be shown for each member of the
caucus on the monthly lobbyist reports required by
Section 105.473, RSMo.
