HB 1954 -- Damage to Animal Facilities

Sponsor:  Dake

This bill changes the laws regarding damages to an animal
facility for which criminal penalties are imposed.  The penalties
will be:

(1)  A misdemeanor for animal facility damage exceeding $200;

(2)  A class D felony for animal facility damage exceeding $200,
but not exceeding $5,000;

(3)  A class C felony for animal facility damage exceeding
$5,000, but not exceeding $75,000; and

(4)  A class B felony for animal facility damage exceeding
$75,000.
