HB 2015 -- Removable Trailer Hitches

This bill prohibits the operation of any passenger motor vehicle
with a detachable trailer ball mount attached to a ball mount
receiver when the device is not being used for towing purposes.

Any person in violation of this provision will be guilty of a
class C misdemeanor.
