HB 2017 -- Erroneous Payment of Property Taxes

Sponsor:  Skaggs

This bill prohibits county collectors from assessing penalties
and interest for the erroneous payment of property taxes paid as
a result of an error by the county assessor.  The amount of the
payment will be refunded to the taxpayer.
