HB 2023 -- Disturbances of the Peace

This bill prohibits in St. Louis and St. Charles counties the
playing of a sound-producing or sound-amplifying device in or on
a vehicle loud enough to be audible 50 feet from the vehicle.  A
law enforcement officer is authorized to impound any device used
in violation of the bill.
