HB 2031 -- Transient Guest Tax for Kimberling City

This bill authorizes the City of Kimberling City to impose, upon
voter approval, a transient guest tax of up to 4% on hotel and
motel rooms for the promotion of tourism and the construction or
maintenance of infrastructure improvements.
