HB 2037 -- Analysis of Legislative Fiscal Notes

Beginning in 2007 for legislation enacted in 2004 and every year
thereafter, this bill requires the Oversight Division of the
Joint Committee on Legislative Research to compare actual program
revenues and expenses with the projections and other information
provided in any fiscal note for the enacting legislation and
present a report to the General Assembly on the correlation of
fiscal note projections made for legislation enacted for the
prior third-year period.
