HB 2042 -- Alcohol Breath Tests

Currently, full information concerning alcohol breath tests is
made available to the person who is tested, upon his or her
request.  This bill specifies that full information means the
type of test administered and the procedures followed; the time
of the collection of the blood or breath sample analyzed; the
numerical results of the test indicating the alcohol content of
the blood and breath; the type and status of any permit which was
held by the person who performed the test; and the date of the
most recent required maintenance of any breath testing instrument
used for the test.
