HB 2055 -- Faculty Representative on the Missouri State
University Board of Regents

This bill requires the Governor to appoint a nonvoting faculty
representative to the Board of Regents of Missouri State
University.  The representative must be a full-time tenured
faculty member, a United States citizen, and a Missouri resident
chosen from a panel of three nominees selected by the faculty
senate or its equivalent.  The term will be three years, and no
representative will serve more than two terms.  The bill contains
provisions regarding the filling of vacancies.
