HB 2061 -- Child Safety Alarm Systems on School Buses

Beginning with the 2008-2009 school year, this bill requires
every school bus to be equipped with a child safety alarm system.
School bus drivers will be required to activate the child safety
alarm system when loading or unloading students on a street or
highway.
