HB 2074 -- Administrative Law Judges

This bill prohibits the appointment of any person to the
Administrative Law Judge Review Committee if the individual has,
within the preceding five years, worked for the Division of
Workers' Compensation within the Department of Labor and
Industrial Relations, been appointed to the position of
administrative law judge, or served in the position of
administrative law judge.
