HB 2088 -- Drug Abuse Educational Assessment and Community
Treatment Program

This bill repeals the provisions regarding the Required
Educational Assessment and Community Treatment Program
administered by the departments of Mental Health and Corrections
and abolishes the Correctional Substance Abuse Earnings Fund.
