HB 2096 -- Motor Fuel Tax Holiday

This bill authorizes a motor fuel tax holiday for gasoline and
diesel fuel used in a personal motor vehicle for a four-day
period on Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.  The excise
tax on motor fuel is reduced from 17 cents to seven cents per
gallon of fuel purchased during the holiday.
