HB 2105 -- Suicide Records and Documents

This bill makes all records and documents relating to an
individual's suicide a closed record.  The records and documents
will only be available upon request to law enforcement agencies,
the immediate family of the suicide victim, or upon any valid
court order authorizing disclosure of the records.  In any case
where a single record or document contains both open and closed
records, the agency in custody of the records must make a
redacted version available to protect the closed record.
