HB 2113 -- Uncompensated Medical Services

Sponsor:  Davis

This bill limits the liability of medical professionals while
providing voluntary medical services to actual damages and
provides additional medical malpractice insurance coverage for
the legal expenses and actual damages not covered under the Legal
Expense Fund.

The Department of Health and Senior Services is to implement the
provisions of the bill.
