HB 2126 -- Vietnam Veterans Survivor Grant Program

This bill expands the Vietnam Veterans Survivor Grant Program by
including Vietnam veterans who are 100% disabled as a result of
injuries sustained while serving in the military during the
Vietnam War.  These veterans will be eligible to receive
scholarships under this program regardless of their age.
