HB 2134 -- Residential Construction Regulation

Sponsor:  Roorda

This bill allows fire protection districts to adopt and enforce a
residential construction regulatory system in municipalities in
Jefferson County.  Currently, fire protection districts in
Jefferson County are prohibited from adopting and enforcing these
regulations.
