HB 2135 -- Planning and Zoning in Jefferson County

Sponsor:  Roorda

This bill allows the county planning commission and the county
commission in Jefferson County to retroactively apply planning
and zoning regulations to subdivision plats approved and recorded
before the adoption of planning and zoning if less than 50% of
the lots in the subdivision have been developed.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
