HB 2142 -- Ancillary Medical Assistance

This bill allows, subject to appropriations, the Division of
Medical Services within the Department of Social Services to
reimburse medical assistance recipients for ancillary medical
services based on a policy using medical evidence, accepted care
and treatment guidelines, and recipient diagnosis.
