HB 975 -- Driver's Education and Financial Responsibility

This bill authorizes the Director of the Department of Revenue to
deny driving privileges to any person who has an unsatisfied
judgment for failure to comply with the motor vehicle financial
responsibility law.

All persons younger than 18 years of age will be required to
complete a formal driver's education course prior to the issuance
of a driver's license.
