HJR 49 -- Display of Religious Documents

This proposed constitutional amendment modifies, upon voter
approval, Article 1, Section 7 of the Missouri Constitution to
explicitly allow the state and any of its political subdivisions
to display religious documents including the Ten Commandments in
public buildings and on public grounds.
