HCS HB 1366 -- VOLUNTEER FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATIONS (Robinson)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Local Government

This substitute expands the definition of "volunteer fire
protection association" to include municipal fire departments
staffed by volunteers.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2007, FY 2008, and
FY 2009.
