HCS HB 1343 -- CIRCUIT COURT FACILITIES IN LEWIS COUNTY

This bill repeals the requirement that the City of Canton provide
the resources and space for a circuit court in Lewis County.  The
procedural responsibilities of the circuit court are also
repealed.

The bill becomes effective December 31, 2006.
