HB 1687 -- DONATION OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

This bill allows drugs donated to the Prescription Drug
Repository Program that are not used or accepted by any pharmacy,
hospital, or nonprofit clinic in this state to be distributed to
out-of-state charitable repositories.
