AN ACT
To authorize the conveyance of property owned by the state in Pettis County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. 1. The governor is hereby authorized and empowered to remise, release, and forever quitclaim any and all interest owned by the state in Pettis County to the Heart of Missouri Girls Scout Council. The property to be conveyed is more particularly described as follows:
The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Number Nineteen (19), also that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Number Nineteen (19) lying North and West of the Sedalia and Warsaw Public Road, all in Township Number Forty-Five (45) of Range Number Twenty-One (21) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in Pettis County, Missouri, containing twelve and eight-tenths (12.8) acres of land, more or less.
2. The attorney general shall approve as to form the instrument of conveyance.
