AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.376, to read as follows:

            227.376. The portion of Interstate 55 in New Madrid County from the thirty-two mile marker to the sixty-five mile marker shall be designated the "Fred E. 'Gene' Copeland Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by Marsha Holiman and friends.
