AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.307, to read as follows:

            227.307. The portion of state route 84 in Pemiscot County from county road 344 within the city limits of Caruthersville to the eastern city limits of Hayti shall be designated the "Cleat Stanfill Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by Terry Swinger and friends.
