AN ACT

To amend chapter 221, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to duties of jailers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 221, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 221.515, to read as follows:

            221.515. Any person designated a jailer under the provisions of this chapter shall have the power to serve an arrest warrant on any person who is already an inmate in the custody of the facility in which such jailer is employed.
