: Concurs with the Governor of the State of Missouri that all reasonable and necessary action should be taken to prevent the planned man-made "spring rise" of the Missouri River.

: Urges the United States Congress to help protect adults, children, and animals by enacting legislation to require denatonium benzoate be added to antifreeze that contains ethylene glycol.

: Urges the United States Department of Agriculture to continue the voluntary National Animal Identification System Program as a voluntary program to allow agriculture families to direct their own future

: Encourages the Department of Conservation to have a hand fishing season for channel, blue and flathead catfish from June 1 to July 15 starting in 2007 to allow hand fishers to take five fish by hand.

: Encourages dog training programs and kennel clubs in Missouri to provide training and education for community pet owners based on the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Program.

: Proposes a constitutional amendment requiring a two-thirds majority for voter approval of initiative proposals relating to harvesting bird, game, wildlife, and forestry resources

: Modifies the law relating to concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) and the penalties for offenses perpetrated by these operations
