: Changes the income eligibility guidelines for receiving child care subsidy benefits

: Establishes Erica's Law into Missouri's statutes and changes the elements for the crime of murder in the first degree when a child is the victim

: Prohibits the disclosure of Social Security numbers on child support checks, correspondence, and documents

: Allows the Children's Division to consult with a law enforcement agency to determine the level of law enforcement involvement necessary to initiate a child abuse and neglect investigation

: Prohibits any person who commits the crime of nonsupport of a spouse or child from being admitted on an excursion gambling boat or casino until the arrearage is satisfied

: Changes the eligibility criteria for adoption or foster care subsidies

: Authorizes the Family Support Division to assist certain elderly individuals who qualify for the federal Food Stamp Program in obtaining supplemental food stamps

: Requires all Missouri Medicaid Program recipients whose eligibility is based on disability other than total disability to be referred for vocational rehabilitation services to remain eligible for benefits

: Increases the resource limits for eligibility for medical assistance

: Increases the length of time a father has to establish paternity prior to an adoption from within 15 days to no later than 60 days after the birth of the child

: Prescribes requirements for department before closing or downsizing state-funded mental health facilities

: Provides that electronic access cards may be issued to custodial parents for disbursement of child support payments

: Modifies the law relating to the establishment of paternity
