: Modifies the eligibility requirements of an employed disabled person requesting medical assistance under the federal Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999

: Imposes a $2 surcharge on dissolution of marriage cases for deposit in the Child Advocacy Center Fund which is created to provide financial support for child advocacy centers
