SCS/SB 137 - Currently, certain retired teachers receiving a retirement benefit may, without losing his or her retirement benefit, teach full time for up to two years for a school district covered by such retirement system, provided certain conditions are met. This act authorizes such teachers to work up to full time.

This act is similar to SB 727 (2006).
