HB 220 -- MISSOURI UNIFORM TRUST CODE

COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass" by the Committee on Judiciary
by a vote of 10 to 0.

This bill makes a technical correction to Section 456.5-501 of
the Missouri Uniform Trust Code by changing an intersectional
reference.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2008, FY 2009, and
FY 2010.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the bill is necessary to correct
an intersectional reference that does not fully incorporate a
section of the Missouri Uniform Trust Code.

Testifying for the bill were Representative Stevenson; and
Reginald Turnbull.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
