HB 1040 -- Victims' Rights

This bill requires the Department of Corrections to establish and
maintain on its web site a listing of all victims' rights under
Chapter 595, RSMo, which involve the department.  Victims
attending a probation or parole hearing are allowed to request a
partition to be set up in the hearing room so that the victim can
be shielded from the view of the probationer or parolee.
