HB 1059 -- Straight Ticket Voting Procedures

In 2006, Senate Bill 1014 abolished the ability to vote for all
of the candidates of a particular political party with one
selection on a ballot.  This bill allows individuals to vote a
straight party ticket by making a single selection.
