HB 1070 -- Renewable Energy Research Grants

This bill establishes the Renewable Energy Research Grant
Program, administered by the Department of Natural Resources, to
provide funding for projects involving solar power, landfill gas,
wind energy, biomass, hydroelectric energy, renewable fuels,
municipal solid waste, weatherization, and conservation.  The
department may award grants for up to 10 years.
