HB 1124 -- School Attendance in Inclement Weather

For the 2006-2007 school year, this bill requires all school
districts to make up the first four days of school missed due to
inclement weather.  For districts that miss five to 12 days, only
one-half of the days must be made up.  No district will be
required to make up more than 10 days.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
