HB 1127 -- Wholesale Intoxicating Beer Franchises

This bill changes the term "intoxicating liquor" to "intoxicating
beer" and specifically excludes nonintoxicating beer from the
merchandising practices laws.  Brewers are added and distillers,
rectifiers, or out-of-state solicitors are removed from the
definition of "supplier" within the definition of "franchise."
