1152 -- Area Agencies on Aging

This bill establishes the procedures for distributing funds to
each agency of the Area Agencies on Aging.  Funding
considerations include an agency's population of low-income
individuals and low-income minorities who are 60 years of age or
older, compliance with the federal Older Americans Act,
demographic and census information, base funding requirements,
and total available funding.
