HB 1164 -- Sale of Home Generators

This bill prohibits a utility or its affiliate that is regulated
by the Missouri Public Service Commission from selling home
generators for electrical production unless there are no existing
heating, ventilation, or air conditioning providers in the
service area.  Utilities must also comply with all local permit
and code requirements.
