HB 1180 -- Video Service Providers

This bill establishes the Cable A La Carte Consumer Choice Act
which requires video service providers to provide all channels on
an a la carte basis except for public, educational, and
governmental channels that are regulated by federal requirements.
Channels may continue to be offered in bundles if also offered a
la carte.
