HB 1201 -- Missouri State Public Employees Deferred Compensation
Fund

Currently, the Missouri State Public Employees Deferred
Compensation Fund is administered by the Missouri State Public
Employees Deferred Compensation Commission.  Beginning August 28,
2007, this bill transfers the administration of the fund to the
Board of Trustees of the Missouri State Employees' Retirement
System (MOSERS).

The member from the House of Representatives and the chairman of
the commission will become ex officio members of the MOSERS board
for the sole purpose of sharing the duties of administering the
fund.  The service on the board of the member from the House of
Representatives will cease on August 28, 2009, and the other ex
officio board member's service will cease on August 28, 2008.
